a real-time simulator of the sky. set a date and a place, look up and see exactly how celestial bodies would’ve been positioned. supports time-warping both back and forth. uses nasa spice under the hood to calculate incredibly accurate ephemerides for the sun, moon and planets, as well as the hipparcos catalog and constellations, rendering 100k+ stars in realtime with indirect draw. the atmosphere is computed in realtime using a hillaire/ue5-style atmospheric model LUTs and the more accurate arpc coefficients.
